To make a good company you need good staff at all levels. All staff is properly vetted before they are employed. They then go through extensive training before going on site, learning skills such as Dog handling, Health & Safety Laws & procedures, First Aid, and Communication skills. After which they are then trained for the specific site in which they will be working. We like to try and keep the same security officers for each job, whenever possible.
